How we began

History of KCV

In 2010 the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) awarded Grandparents Victoria Inc. the task of establishing Kinship Carers Victoria (KCV) as a network connecting kinship carers across Victoria, and to act as the peak group representing the views of kinship carers.
